My Peak Performance Morning Routine
When you wake up in the morning, what do you do? I’m guessing you probably already have some sort of morning routine - but it's probably not helping you reach peak performance—and that's what this episode is all about.
No matter how successful or busy you are, morning routines are a must. Anyone can do anything great when things are great but it’s when things go wrong that you need stability.
That’s what a morning routine does. It creates stability by keeping you calm and focused so that you can make the most out of any situation—good or bad.
In this episode, I’m going to share my own morning routine so that I can give you some ideas of how yours could look if you want to reach greatness. I’m going to get very granular at this and it may seem complicated at first, but once you start doing it every day, it will become second nature and help put you on the path.
